What I Did: Supported a new residential builder by creating the company website, developing estimating templates, and assisting with site inspections.

What I Did: Researched user needs, designed and launched a video consultation platform, defined product requirements and workflows, integrated third-party services, and improved the user experience through continuous feedback.
